Mortgage Paid Off - Now What?

Hello all - my apologies, but I can't find the next steps and I wondered if somebody could point me to a step by step guide of what happens with regards to title deeds.
I know that deeds are all electronic these days but do HM Land Registry know that I now own the property rather than the bank or is there anything that I need to do?
Thanks so much in advance
Andy

Once your mortgage ends, your mortgage lender will remove its charge against your property – in effect saying that it has no further interest in it.
If you bought the property after 1990, it’s likely your home is registered with the Land Registry, you can confirm whether that is the case here https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry .
To sum up, wait for a few months and download the title deeds for your property for £3 from the Land Registry website which should not show any lender interest in the property.0
