Woks & cookers

I have a conventional 4 ring cooker and i use my wok quite a lot. The wok won't stand properly on the cooker ring and is quite precarious. Isn't there a devise you can get to put on top of the cooker round the gas ring so a wok can stand in it?

Does this make sense to anyone? I've looked everywhere but can't get hold of one, does anyone know where i could get one please?

They tend to be one size from what I understand - they are intended for round bottom woks (many household woks are flat bottomed for convenience).
