Difference between Default and Default Notice please

Yeah, once the account is defaulted, the creditor usually pass it on to a DCA pretty quickly. The letters become more and more threatening. They are mostly auto-generated and nothing to worry about. They they have no teeth you see. As long as you write to them and keep them 'in the loop' as to when payments will commence, then everything continues to run smoothly and is worry-free. Then the six month gap in payments is no problemSorry, one more question I have just thought of. What will happen after the six month freeze now that it will have defaulted by then? Could they sell it on?
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job
