Mafe a fish pie mix from prawns/haddock etc, all was frozen. Too much, so froze again (when cold). Is this safe to thaw/heat/eat ?

I'm reading that you made a fish pie, cooked it and then want to freeze the leftovers. That's fine.:)
What wouldn't be fine is if you took various pieces of fish/seafood from freezer, defrosted it, made a mix and then when you had too much (raw) mix you froze it again.:(
It's the high temperatures in cooking that make the difference.0 -

the line "so froze again ( when cold ) " implies it had been cooked and allowed to cool - so okay to freeze0 -
No. You need to test this. If you have children, test it on them. If not, give it to your cat!0

I think it would be absolutely fine to eat, and also very yummy!
My personal rule that I go by is freeze/reheat once from raw, and freeze reheat once from cooked. Never more than once in each state, never more than twice total.
For example I regularly buy mince and freeze it, then defrost, make into chilli etc., then freeze leftovers in portions.Sealed pot challenge 11: number 5940
