Bad credit remortgage

Hi all me and wife going to apply to remortgage in about 3 months just seeing if u think it’s placeable with previous credit issues.
Situation is this .

I own flat worth 70k 64k owing rented out for past 3 years and continuing.
Me and wife live in her house but want to remortgage to both names
It’s worth 95k owes 70k...

Her credit is clean.
I have 3 defaults 1 18 months old other 2 3 years and 2 ccjs 3 years old all satisfied

My salary 22k hers is 10k and we have a 10k unsecured loan no more debt.

that's a lot of debt, you could consider retention offers via your online portal where no credit check is done, but the offers may not be competitive

otherwise try a broker who specializes in adverse credit to see if they can give you better options

Is the mortgage interest only?

Yes it is currently it’s 200 a month but I pay the whole rent of 400 a month
