    yes 15k is very steep
    if you mean 1.5k then it is reasonable

    When you say "fees" do you mean purely their fee for the legal work, as opposed to VAT and disbursements on top of that?

    Price. I’m a FTB and also I don’t have a government ISA. So fairly straight forward - apart from the leasehold.

    MSF blocked my account as I copied and pasted the quotes which it must have picked up on the spam
    Filter.
