3 months ago had a filling put in, and dentist must of smoothed my teeth around the area at same time, since then I noticed a sharp edge on the tooth which I admit has been annoying me so I keep rolling my tongue on it which made it get infected I think, went back to dentist today who said he could barely see a tiny end that was sharp.
He said he would do it but now it seems worse! and the part he said he buffed now seems to not be buffed! I don't think he was lying but the tooth next to the one I wanted done now feels smoother so I think he may of either done that or done a bit of both.
Oh well, point is for the bit that now feels a bit weird to put a certain way any tips of helping without going back again?
When I say weird imagine it like a thin bit of tooth on the end as thin as a piece of skin, any home kits to smooth off an end?

Safest thing is to just go back again. Edges like this might easily smooth themselves of after a while anyway - but they can be very annoying, and although it shouldn't actually cause an infection, they can still cause ulcers or patches which can be very painful. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0
