Solar Panel pickle

Options
Hi everyone, I bought a house before Christmas which has Solar Panels with Enphase Microinverters, I've just found out that 1 is not working but "Hot House Energy" who installed the system back in 2016 went bust the same year. I have all the paperwork from the old owner but will the insurance backed warranty that's in their name work or am I SOL?

Long story: The owner died last year, their family didn't really have a clue about the Solar stuff, a few problems with both sides of solicitors caused all sorts of havoc. The solar panels weren't even on the Fixtures & Fittings form, but instead a separate declaration - British Gas weren't entirely happy with this when I tried changing FiT ownership.
Another thing is this Enphase system has an app which lets you monitor your panels more precisely than the Envoy Gateway (which pretty much only says "I'm making Electricity" or "No I'm not") however they charge $400USD to change ownership!

Cancel the app, don't change ownership.
The whole idea of insurance backed warrantee is that it doesn't matter if the installer goes bust, contact the insurance underwriter.
    Problems solved.
