Lost Pension

My wonderful partner has lost all details of his pension. We have gone through Pension.gov website and it is useless (sorry). We are getting desperate as he is 71 and still working. We contacted the last company he remembered having the pension with but the wheels are grinding incredibly slowly. Any suggestions please!!

He is drawing his state pension?

Is there by any chance a Contracted Out Deduction shown on his state pension statement?

What paper work does he have?
