Patent Lawyer

Hi, not sure if this is the correct category to post in - but can anyone recommend a good Patent Lawyer in the UK? I would like a Lawyer to check an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) for me. Many thanks.

This is a forum about pension advice/issues so you are in the wrong place .

    Thanks.

I wasn’t really sure where to post it as I couldn’t find a suitable category.

Check with the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.

Not sure you even need a Patent lawyer to check an NDA - usually a solicitor that deals with businesses would be including aspects relating to IP etc within the T's & C's they draw up for a company.

A guy I went to university with is a patent attorney and I'm sure I could introduce you if necessary, but I'd agree that an NDA needs a solicitor instead and will probably cost a great deal less in their hands.

Not sure I get this - were you posting in Pensions because it begins with P for Patent?
