Hello everyone
Can anyone recommend a gym/personal trainer, in South/East Belfast please? I am female and have social anxiety. i also need to lose weight. I'm trying hard, but feel I need the support of a personal trainer. I've never been to the gym before and find the prospect very daunting.
The only exercise I do, is walking.
Thanks in advance.

Flex gym off the Castlereagh road is good, although I have never used their trainers. £20 a month membership there. PT is extra, probably 20 a session... i am sure they do deals.0

Heather Weir at Queens Sport is great and would be very understanding about anxiety issues I'd say. She's also very funny which helps
