Mortgage late payment

I am applying to the specialist lenders and wants to know if the mortgage late payment counted as mortgage arrears? Thank you.:(

    Can you check your credit file with the 3 credit reference agencies ?
    This should show up any problems on your credit file

    Mortgage arrears is usually considered to be more than one missed payment on more than one occasion.

    However, a credit scoring lender's automated system may take a different view.

    On which version(s) of your credit file is it visible?
