My 6 year old has asked for Dr Who figures for Xmas. I have looked in Argos and they are just over £6 each!
Does anyone know of any good deals at the moment please?

Hi looby, my son is into dr who, don't know where the cheapest is but you could try buying the playsets where you have 4/5/6 figures in the pack. Wooloworths have them from £9.99 to £29.99 depending on which pack you want. you could try a search in discount codes forum and see if you could get a code and order online to get a better deal. you can pay £4.95 delivery to your home or have delivered to a store near you for free.:smileyhea:heart: Mrs Lea Nov 5th '11

Do you have a shop called b&m bargains near you? They have the 12 " dr who figure , the clockwork man, ood and a couple of others for around 7 pounds each and i also got a radio control k9 with dr who figure for about 9 pounds too. Amazon had some of these at a reasonable price last week too.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

If you want to buy quite a few, then Toysrus do a box set of 10 for £39.99 - they are exactly the same as the figures that sell individually. I think they do a 3 sets - series 1, 2 and 3. You can get them online at toysrus too (and get cashback through quidco).0

Toysrus have also got the Face of Boe deluxe figure half price at £7.50, and if you spend £60 with them, you can get the Sanctuary set worth £29.99 free, which has got the lift thingy, a doctor figure, 2 oods and Toby, the bloke who gets posessed.:T Guess what my monsters asked for.....July Grocery Challenge Budget £160

I found you can get a lot of the common figures on ebay cheaper than in the shops - check out both ebay.co.uk & ebay.com as when I was on the look out for a cheap cassandra it was cheaper to buy it from america & have it shipped over (including p&p) than to buy it in the shops, or online over here.
There again the rarer figures are going for ridiculas prices, always pays to compare prices. You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
noticed that Toys R us had a lot
of the harder to find figures.Thought
the boxed set of ten was very good value.:j:j:j0 -
My little boy is into Dr Who as well, he's four. Amazon have some Dr Who things and in true MSE fashion they have the Tardis Talking Money Box for £5.97, the electronic Screwdriver and pad kit for £5.22. There are a few figures for £6.99 (Argos seems cheaper) and some figure sets for £19.99.
I got the Tardis money box and it's a good size. There's free delivery over £15 too with Amazon. You can get piggypoints from Pigsback too. If I see any cheaper on my travels. I wonder if Home Bargains might have some. I will check.:A :
