First finance
Hi everyone I have a question. Recently made a purchase using v12 retail finance company, and i was wondering if Its automatically setup as direct debit from my account or i need to manually set it up somehow. Since its my first time ever using finance I wanna make sure all payments are made on time and everything is straight. Thx in advance

Well were you asked to set one up ?
If not then how can the money be taken ?
Why not ring them ?0 -
Is it a buy now pay later type finance?
If so they will contact you close to the period where the deal ends and ask if you will be paying in full or over installments at which point they will take your bank details, otherwise they take it at time of application.0 -
Use online banking and check if a payee has been set up.0
