Just wanted to share my experience with others.
Applied for a remortgage to virgin around a week ago.
Straight away I started to receive emails and calls to let me know what was going on. Asked for basic documents such as payslips and nothing further.
Valuation happened yesterday and got a phone call today to say offer in post.
Very very straight forward and everyone was friendly.
Like the fact the soft search gives you a good indication of approval before hand.
