Anyone rent their drive out?

We live fairly close to our local airport and airport bus service. I would like to rent a space on our large driveway out to people using the airport. Has anyone done this and are there any pitfalls?

I thought about it (I live close to a railway station) - but it would mean that I'd have to park my car on the road (which can be difficult depending on the time of day), and also the 'parker' would be blocking the garage doors which would be a pain.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
