Bad Credit - need Mortgage - HELP

100% and 95% might be available, but any lenders that I am aware of that operate in that market will credit score you. e.g. Future Mortgages who will ignore defaults up to 100%.
Unless you have a good score in other areas, ie are on voters roll, have other well maintained credit, and the defaults are older, then I suspect you will struggle. You are possibly going to find that 90% may be the maximum available. If criteria loosens next year, and you maintain your credit well between now and then, you may find that options available will widen. Thanks for your responses.
We both earn £18,000 each, Because I live in south east probally want to buy a proberty at least £160,000.
5% would be quite hard to achieve, but I might not have any choice.
I don't know if it would make any difference, but I would be willing to show my credit report to any Mortgage company.0 -

Its so daunting starting out on your own. Ive not exactly given myself the best start but at least I learnt young! Anyway, theres alot i need to learn in the next 12 months if I'm going to make an educated move!... Ive downloaded the mortgage guide from this site so hopefully that should clue me up a bit/lot more!We shall see! I'll no doubt end up with plenty of questions after Ive read it but at least I'll know where to come! :rotfl:

No such thing as a stupid question.
