Thinking of having a go at cooking a thai red curry for a change instead of an indian one.
What side dishes do you have with a thai curry? rice, bread, salad?

Some lettuce or summer rolls would be great too. I tend to do lettuce rolls because I don’t want to bother with rice wrappers and it’s less carbs too.0
