]hi I've received a letter from hm courts and tribunals service final notice stating that I have 24hrs to pay a debt of £179 to the court the debt belongs to Lowell portfolio also on the letter it stats that if in the 24hr period I don't make a payment the enforcement officer will reattend with porters and auctioneers to remove goods are they allowed to force entry

I'm afraid you've posted into the wrong section for this question as this is the diaries section of the forum. Hopefully an admin will move your post to where you can get the answers / advice that you need.
I'm not sure on this one, TBH, I believe that they cannot force entry without the presence of police and a warrant...
Seems to me to be a very OTT action for less than £200 of debt TBH
