What's the status of the debts which are still showing? Does it say default? If default then you should contact the companies to ask them to amend to satisfied/partially satisfied and £zero balance. You also want the default date to be the same date as your bankruptcy, although if it's just a few weeks later I wouldn't worry too much.0

Yeah, they're showing as default, although most of the default dates are well before the date of the bankruptcy.0 -

That's good then, but worth writing to the companies to get them to change the status. Although saying that, I'm not convinced it's going to make your credit file that much better. You might want to think carefully - if they update the status I wonder if they will update the date to your bankruptcy as well, which means it will take longer for them to drop off the file altogether.0
