HTB isa or Lisa?

My partner is not a ftb but I am, and am confused where’s the best place to place our savings? We need around £30k within the next two years but neither ISA has the capacity for that amount within that space of time or have I got that wrong? Can I use both types and put the rest of the savings somewhere else?

Thanks in advance
