So I’ve worked out that the Help
To buy ISA will essentially be without the government bonus as the house I’m looking to buy exceeds the 250 limit (south east pricing 🤦🏽!♂️)
Now luckily I wasn’t relying on the 25%bonus but I’m acutely aware that should I transfer to a Lisa I read it that I can’t use the funds before the account has been open for a year and will incur a penalty. Is this the case and how much is the penalty?!

No the penalty on early Lisa withdrawal is 25% of everything so you would lose bonus and some money you have put inAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0
