I am very appreciated for your help!
I have searched how can we make our Wills.
I understand that we need to do Mirror Wills.
Can we use these websites (online services)?
    https://www.makingawill.org.uk/articles-making-a-will-in-scotland-details-4.html
    https://www.mylawyer.co.uk/wills-and-probate-centre-w-77208/

    Do they have any differences?
    We are based in Scotland.

See a Solicitor for a free half hour appointment, explain your situation of having different rules from Eastern EU and find out what exactly you need to do in Scotland.

Under UK law the needs of the under 18 is paramount, but older sibling being the Guardian in the event of your deaths isn't ruled out but needs to be explicit. Even in the UK rules about inheritance varies between the component parts of the UK.

I'm based in England but when my children were under 18 we were advised to name in our will who would care for them. On death that person(s) would be asked if 1) they were prepared to take on the role and 2) were they up to doing it.

Get a quote for making a will too. We are re-making our wills next Monday and are paying £195 for mirror wills, I do not know if that is cheap or expensive but it does offer you an idea of a rough cost.

I just have realised you were looking at an on-line service, I am no lawyer but personally I'd strongly advise getting a proper solicitor to do them, it may possibly be more expensive but it will be done within the law of the country/ part of the UK you live in by someone who understands the law as it applies to your needs, rather than a simple template adapted.

Yes I have some jewellery, we have some money in a bank, 2 electrical bicycles and of course computers and phones, tv and furniture....:rotfl:
Just I didn't think I should count this. I thought in a Will we should speak about Property and Pension pots.

No, even if just in passing you shoudl say what happens to your possessions. Even if everything after property and pension is simply split equally, that can save a lot of hassles later to state that. You decide what happens to the assets. Without a will its up for grabs who gets It maybe son decides that diamond ring could be sold to buy a new car, maybe daughter would like it for sentimental reasons.

We have UK passports for all of us.
About guardian - the other members of family (my and husband's brothers) live outside the UK. Can we still put them as a guardian? But preference would still be the brother in our case.

Yes you can and should. Suppose for example the family outside the U.K. decided they should look after daughter. Your preference stated in will would help. You could put them in order.

    Thank you all!
And where should we keep Wills then?
Can we just put in our small digital safe?

Make your wills with a solicitor and they will store your signed wills for free.
