Change of title - does it affect mortgage application?

Hi folks
I've read that when you want to get a mortgage, it's important to make sure that your documents all match up in terms of surname and address. Is the same importance placed on title? My title has changed from Miss to Dr, and I have some documents like driving license, bank accounts etc that have one title on, and some that have the other. Do you reckon that this is going to be a problem for a mortgage application?
Many thanks for your help

I doubt anybody will care - there won't be separate credit files etc for Miss runningBadger, Dr runningBadger, Ms runningBadger, etc, and perfectly normal not to call yourself "Dr" everywhere.0

We handle cases for Dr’s every week.
Some use Dr, some, Miss. some use both.
As you will be aware Surgeons and Consultants will typically change from Dr, back to Miss.
Some use their maiden name professionally and married name personally.
We will tend to apply in the name on the ID (nearly always the passport).
As part of the application, Lenders ask if you have ever used another name which ties both together.I am a Mortgage Broker
