TMB Mortgages

Has anyone got any experience of TMB and their self cert mortgages?

    Yes, I have a TMB mortgage. I remortgaged my house when I was getting divorced,my lender at the time would not take maintenance into account so I went down the self cert road. I have been quite happy with them but had a bit of a set to with them to start with about hidden charges.Make sure you know all the costs before you start!! Hope this helps.

    As previous poster says, make sure you get all the details of the scheme.

    There are cheaper deals with other lenders, but it will depend on your circumstances as to who will be able to offer you the better deal

    thanks guys. i have a few properties and and remortgaging one of them to release equity. was looking at their self cert 85.
