Hi there, and welcome to DFW - you're definitely in the right place!
All I can add at the moment is do you have anything you can sell/ebay to try and get rid of the (I assume) high interest debts you have (Vanquis and Provi), and maybe even chip away at your overdraft.
At some point it'll be a good idea to put your numbers into the snowballer

Ebaying loads of stuff this afternoon, just as soon as fingers thaw out from standing at edge of rugby pitch for 2hrs.
