Good 200 calories meals for 5:2 Diet

Having another crack at the 5:2 diet, five years since I last did it. Can anyone recommend who has done this diet too or knows a bit about nutrition, any good 200 calories meals for dinner and tea - that they found filling and they enjoyed having?

I'm not doing the 5/2 diet but keep my breakfast and lunch at under 200 Cal's each!
Skimmed milk, fat free natural yoghurt and oats, blitzed together to make a breakfast smoothie; oats can be swapped for fresh fruit and can double up as a lunch meal instead.
Lunch is normally toast and butter.
Snacks are a banana in the morning and pineapple in the evening.
Tea you would need to look at jacket spuds or meat and veg or salad.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Prawns! They're very low in calories, but high in protein which helps you feel full. I attempted 5:2 once, this was one of my meals, prawn salad. Although I couldn't handle the 5:2 diet, this was one meal I'll remember.0

When I'd been keeping on that diet, I had been eating fruits on 200 calories days.0
