TR1 & land registry query

My ex wife and I divorced last year.
We have a consent order in place in respect of each others share of the house. I am in the throws of reserving a new house and will need to apply for a mortgage very soon.
I'm still on our old joint mortgage. The bank have agreed to have my ex solely on that mortgage and I will be removed, likewise with the title register. This is being processed by a solicitor today.
I saw someone from the land registry on a different thread for a similar matter but that was a few years old now. I'm trying to get an idea as to the turnaround time for the land registry to process the above if anyone knows or has very recent experience?
