Not sure there is a husband/wife, it says 1 adult 3 children living in house. I may have missed something though!
Tax credits are being exceptionally awkward with my overpayment from 2016 and im still repaying from tax credit paymenrs 3 months later so be careful using those figures in your budget too (just advice, official receiver will look at official figures from HMRC)
I would assume the official receiver will still want to see all income & expenditure for your business. Also if you start making more money during your bankruptcy period you will need to inform them and things will be reassessed.0 -
Also are you sure you are getting the correct amount of child benefit? I have 3 children and get approx £190 every 4 weeks. You have down £48.10 a month.

Once an enforcement agent has taken control of goods it is a criminal offence to interfere with those goods as per Schedule 12 of TCE Act 2007. On conviction a sentence of up to 51 weeks and/or a level 4 fine.Firstly can't really advise on the clamping, dont suppose they'll be thrilled but i don't see how a baliff could get you arrested (im sure someone will advise if wrong) but you will probably incur further costs.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -
I am going to throw this idea out there, and you can bin it if you want, but would it be a good idea alongside going bankrupt to get some regular paid employment? Your business isn't producing you an income, and even without paying your debts you are £300 down every month. This needs to come from somewhere.
Also, there is a way through this. It may feel awful right now but it's only money at the end of the day. Keep your chin up.

Food seems quite high. Can this cost be reduced, perhaps by home cooking. Also entertainment could be reduced.0

Sorry to say it but any employment which isn't covering it's costs and paying a salary when you are in this situation is not worth continuing with. I would find some employment to supplement your salary.
Good luck with it all I wish you wellAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0 -
