247 Moneybox refund

Just sharing a success story. I took out multiple loans with 247moneybox. It was at a time when I had other loans, and had to keep borrowing just to pay my bills. My own fault I know, but I was in quite a dark place mentally and was still paying off multiple debts.
I sent a complaint through Resolver and sent copies of bank statements. They upheld my complaint partly for the later loans. The agreed to refund £712 to my bank account, and write off the £700 ish that I owed. A good result. It would have took a lot longer for the ombudsman to look at this case so I’m happy, even though I may have got a bit more.
