Hi, ok so on the 25th March I got an email about a win from a magazine daily, wooo hooo, it was 2 parts a voucher and a years supply of coffee, I emailed the person back to kindly say thanks and ask where the voucher was for, I got a reply saying I needed to contact the prize supplier which I did, and got no reply, waited a week or so then contacted original person who a few days later cc'd me into an email to the supplier asking if there was any news, a day or so later got a message from supplier saying oh sorry your email went into my spam folder, and I am sorting your voucher and coffee and they should be with you within the week, great I thought, but impatient me replied to ask again where the voucher was for as it didn't say anywhere, no reply again, a few days later the voucher arrived. fast forward another week and no sign of the coffee, so I sent the supplier a nice email thanking them for the voucher and asking if there was any news about the coffee, again no reply, so 4/5 days later I send an email to the original person to say i'm not getting a response from the supplier and would they be kind enough to chase it up for me, and that was a week ago and no reply from either, not sure where to go from here. I hardly win any prizes so this was a great win for me, but feel i'm not getting it all, can anyone give me any advice please, I know with easter bank holidays ect it hasn't been that long, but feel like i'm being completely ignored by both parties now, thanks for any help

Who is the supplier, do they have a FB/Twitter page? If so I would contact them there.
I've sent a FB message a couple of times to chase wins from Mag daillies and it has always speeded things up.
I think the wem always says 28 working days so technically it is not overdue yet.
Good luck0 -
You went through all of that back and forth and never told US what the voucher was for! :rotfl:
What was the voucher for?
Sorry, can't help otherwise, just need to maybe wait another week and then fire off some more emails / twitter messages.0 -

It could actually be a subscription service, like Pact Coffee. So they'll add your name to the list for a years subscription and you'll get a monthly delivery.
Perhaps the deliveries go out on a certain date which could be the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month, You don't know who the coffee is coming from, or what type of coffee?.
Chances are it will come soon in the form of one bag per month. So it doesn't matter when you "subscribe", the deliveries all go out on the same day of the month. So they maybe sent your details to the coffee place on the 2nd April, which would be too late for the 1st April subscriptions getting sent out ... if you see what I mean.0 -

Thanks for the suggestion, managed to find them on facebook sent them a message and surprise surprise they have just replied apologising for the delay and confirming the lady has sorted it and it should be with me within 3-5 days, I'll update this post if and when it does arrive0 -
They finally came a few days ago, delivery man knocking on the door at 8.30 pm, with 25 boxes of coffee bags. I chased up that it said a years supply of coffee and a years supply of coffee bags, but only got the bags, but they said it was an error on the competition but said in t and c's which it did after double checking, at least I got something and it sorted0
