Interview Questions fit BTP Communications Officer

I applied for the role of Communications Officer with the British Transport Police and on checking the status of my application on the site today found out that my application had been shortlisted and that I would be contacted shortly about details for the next stage.
I'm really delighted to have reached the assessment centre stage but a bit unsure about one of the tests and the interview. At the information evening I attended before applying they said that many people who are perfectly qualified and experienced enough for the job don't receive an offer because their interview answers aren't specific or detailed enough. The interview is based on the STAR method (Situation Task Actions Result) meaning it will be competency based questions - the one part of interviews I struggle with. Has anyone interviewed for this or a similar role and if so what specific questions were you asked? I want to prep as much as possible so I can do well.
Also the tests you have to do - comprehension and listening I think I would do well in but does anyone have anymore information on the decision making test? It says we'll be presented with a number of scenarios and have to determine their severity. What sort of scenarios are they and how is it presented? Is it written or verbal?
Thanks in advance for any help.
