Do I need to sign my mortgage offer?

I’ve just got my paperwork through for my mortgage and do I need to sign it off and send it back
Or does my solicitor get us to sign it ?

    If there is a form asking you to sign and return then do so. If not, then no.
    I’m with nationwide and there was no form to return when the offer was given. It will depend on the lender.
