Remortgage options, 2yr fix

I've been in my first house for 5yrs and it's time to renew the mortgage for the first time. I'm looking through options and am considering 3. Any opinions would be welcome!
- 2yr fix
- ~£100k
- <40% LTV

1. Santander: 1.74%, £0 fee, 2yr fix
2. Barclays: 1.63%, £299 fee, 2yr fix = +£72 over term
3. First Direct: 1.58%, £490 free, 2yr fix = +£180 over term

What options does your existing lender have? Remortgaging to a new lender comes at a considerable cost.

Really bad options.

I would go FD, the other two have exit fees for when you do the same in two years time, so even though lower fee, costs more to move again.
