Hello I am just wondering if you could clarify if I am eligible to receive free NHS dental care, just wondering if the eligibility part hear a) you receive Universal Credit and either had no earnings or had net earnings of £435 or less in your last Universal Credit assessment period, means that my Universal Credit payment was more than £435 or that I earned more than £435 at a job
