Mortgage advice for FTB

Okay so we’re quite a complex case... I have three jobs, all on contract and my partner has a zero hour contract and a 15hr a week contract, Halifax have declined us on the basis of her contract being new and only a month old... is there anything we can do or a way around this? Any advice?0

Banks seems to offer these 95%, or even 100% mortgages, but in reality they seldom give them. Slight red herrings.0
