    Pollycat. I spoke to husband about my earrings, he said there was an option when he bought them to have them as screw back but him, being a bloke, didn't think anything of it.

    I've contacted them to see if they can change the back - not replace I know you can't do that with earrings, and just waiting to hear back....

    Pollycat you seriously have been in my mind during many family occasions...., 😂. The company my husband got them from did it no problem, rather reasonably too I believe.
    I've worn them to my daughters graduation, her 21st, family gatherings etc.
    It's strange as they seem thicker so harder to put in, but the screw part seems to go on forever, so I know once they are in, they aren't coming out! 
    You really have offered a solution for something I didn't even know existed and I've got to wear them to some very dear family events. Thank you 😊

    I'm so pleased that you managed to get them changed.
    Oddly enough, the ones I had made in India with the screw backs seem to be thicker too.
