Query regarding BTL and consent to let

Hi Everyone,
Quick question if anyone can help, bit out of the ordinary as well.
I am just in the process of buying my second BTL and aiming to get another around September/October time. However due to work it looks like I am going to be overseas for a while with short spells at home. My intention is to rent my home out for the foreseeable and when back just stay with family, there is no point me paying the mortgage, bills etc for my home to be empty for a long period of time so might as well rent it and get a bit of income.
My question is though once my home is on a consent to let would I still be OK applying for another BTL in the future or would the lenders require me to live in my home and it be on a full residential rather than consent to let?
I guess in some lights I could be looked at the same as a BTL invester with no residential mortgage, will lenders consider that?
Thanks in advance

Lenders will consider your affordability and deposit e.t.c. Bare in mind Consent to let is not always indefinite and something you should plan for.
