Can I request a new evaluation after rennovations?

Options
I bought my house a year ago and now I'm adding a 4.5m double storey extension and I'm converting the loft.
I'm looking for some advice on when I can request a new evaluation of the house so I can use the extra money to keep going on with the renovations?
Any help would be great!

You can remortgage whenever you want, subject to fees and any early redemption charges. Do you think the value has gone up much in a year though?

Whether you can borrow more will depend on affordability and the usual checks.

Your extension won't add any value until it's complete though.

Before you ask, you cannot borrow against the future value of building works that haven't yet happened.

The extension and the conversion will be completed on the time of asking. I just want to be able to make some changes in the distribution of the house once the extension is done.
