Have you paid & have you received a reference number? If you have a reference number or paid online you should be able to log in and see the details.
Maybe im being dim (probably!) but you would know as you would have had an interview etc.
How come it was deffered? Your choice?0 -
This sounds like a creditor's petition. Might be a good idea to call the court where the hearing was held to see what the outcome was.0

Hi, yes i am being made bankrupt by HMRC, I phoned the court and found that yet again they have postponed until June as they are so incompetent and didnt have the correct paperwork, does anybody know how long they can keep postponing it for as the original date was Feb, I am just left in limbo yet again with other creditors now hassling me0
-
They can keep postponing as long as they like unfortunately. HMRC are a truly incompetent organisation I’m afraid.0
-
So I am begining to find out,I Recieved a letter today, 5 days after they have postponed it to inform me they are charging me an additional £1036 for the pleasure of them postponing it for another 5 weeks0

If other creditors are closing in, it might be time to take control & declare yourself maybe?0
