I've had this for weeks now;  I have raised a ticket, which just got an autoresponse, and replied to that in the hope of alerting a human, but to no avail.  Are you on a static or dynamic IP?  If the latter, the message may well clear itself if you re-boot your router and get a fresh IP (you can check what it is at https://www.whatsmyip.org/);  but if, like me, you have opted for a static IP, I don't think they have any intention of releasing it from whatever blacklist they are operating.  I have moved from Hideout to Loot.tv now, which is roughly similar.

Thank you, I'm guessing I have a static IP as I tried re-botting my router a couple of times but it changed nothing, I don't why I was blacklisted...I've been using hideout for a couple of years. I will stick with Loot.tv aswell
