Hideout has been running smoothly for me ever since I started, but last night I redeemed just over 200 points which has not arrived in my KeepRewarding account. Looking at my redemption history in Hideout, it says the redemption is Pending. Has anybody encountered this before? Is the problem with Hideout sending the points, or with KeepRewarding accepting them? Is there anything I can do about it (I can't see any way to cancel and try again)? KeepRewarding doesn't show any credits as locked.Updated to add: I raised a ticket, asking why this had happened and what if anything I had to do to release the points. Two hours later I got an e-mail from them saying simply "Congratulations! Your HideoutTV rewards have been credited!", but with no explanation as to why they were pending in the first place.1
