Apparently if the link is viewed without being logged in to Hideout then a form shows? Should be working now. I'm logged in at the moment so can't see it.

EDit: Now works, but...

Firstly, United Kingdom is listed under G for Great Britain in the countries list. Entering the form takes you to a 10 question 'quiz' with a whole bunch of offers trying to get you signed up to. This can be bypassed by looking for the small print that says something like no thanks, not today and clicking on that as well as answering a few multichoice questions, finally told me that I am entered in the sweepstakes. Wouldn't be surprised if it's USA only. (definitely UK!)
