Abusing bankruptcy?
Comments
-
Thing is when you go bankrupt you get a budget agreed by the 'official receiver' any excess is taken for repayments.
Saying that there's no one to stop you from spending your budget money however you want so the 'trouble' she could get into is not having the money to pay bills if it's all gone on hobbies. Remember there is no line of credit now to pick up the slack!
It's possible she needs help with her budgeting you could ask.. just leave the judgement aside yeah0 -
Jealous are we?
She may be bankrupt, but then, so was Charles Dickens father as well!0 -
Could she get in trouble for this?
Yes, going to a west end show whilst bankrupt is a capital offence.
You should report her to the official reciever they will see that she is summarily executed on the spot.0 -
maybe you should just get on with your life and stop worrying about other people.0
