There's also the question of if they were indeed hacked is there a risk of any user information being compromised, specifically if people are DM'ing their details after winning one of their competitions ... has this been reported to the ICO?
Probably not as you would assume they would have mention it in their own defence.

Guy was pretty damn unpleasant to me when I said something about the fake comp before.

Doesn't look like they were hacked to me.
