First time my card was up for renewal, I was going to be thrifty and wait until a journey was imminent before renewing, but then they sent me a small discount offer, so I renewed immediately.
My latest card has now run out. I was hoping for another renewal offer, but have heard nothing.
Do they not do renewal offers anymore?
Should I leave renewal until I need my railcard?

No need for one if you are not travelling so you can wait but give yourself a bit of time to renew. I haven't see any deals on 3 year passes for some time.0

Try Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
Every £1 of clubcard points buys you £3 towards the railcard.
Can only be used for a one year railcard though, but a one year card for £10 of points seems good to me.0 -
Cashback sites sometimes include purchase of railcards so you might get a few % off.0
