Low fragrance washing powder/liquid

I seem to find the fragrance of clothes after washing overpowering lately. It's just the scent, nothing else, and I don't think I'm allergic. Are they putting more fragrance in? I normally buy Formil from Lidl which is usually OK. However, today I notice the clothes are overpowering again. It might be because it's a concentrated version of Formil, although I was careful to only put a small amount in. Perhaps because it's a biological version, do they smell more?
I hear that Waitrose do a non scented version. Is it expensive or any use? Are there any other alternatives?

hi,
I use Asda smartprice washing up liquid because it has virtually no smell, cos I find anything perfumed gives me a migraine. Tesco used to do an own brand one that was ok but no longer, though I think the morrisons own brand liquid is ok for me too. They have a bonus of being quite cheap too and they do the job!
I don't use any fabric conditioners for the same reason.
Best wishes,

I too find most of the washing products overpowering, particularly the liquid capsules. I use Persil non bio tablets which have very little smell. They're like compressed powder, but don't confuse them with the liquid capsule version which has a very strong perfume.0

I cannot stand the fragrance of any powders or liquids. Have you tried Surcare no smell whatsoever or Ecover obviously not their lavender one?Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

Ecover Zero or soapnuts0

Oh yes that new Lidl one is pretty sickening. If you have a rummage through them they do actually have some of the others that smell more acceptable. They do in my Lidl, maybe not in all.0

I've ordered an Ecoball on the advice of a friend. She tells me it doesn't smell, it also seems a lot cheaper than conventional washing powder. it hasn't arrived yet.

Coincidentally, my package just arrived whilst writing the last post, and I've since given it a whirl. Certainly no smell, whether it's as effective as washing powder I'm not sure!0
