Student finance and bank accounts for IVA

Im currently a student working full time plus 9k student finance loan. Im considering an IVA.
Im going to assume that my SF loan wont be taken as part of my income for assessment as its a loan? If it wouldn be then i wont bother having it.
I bank with Llyods and Halifax... i will need a bank account that is run by an unrelated company if i do do the IVA. Any suggestions pls as ive no idea who is owned by who!
