Giving Assistant $5 sign up bonus

I have recently signed up to Giving Assistant which is a cashback site. However this one pays in dollars, doesn't require a lot of information to sign up as pays via paypal (other options available)
But when you sign up via a referral link you get $5 and so does the person referring you. Payout is $5.99
