new loan topped up
Hi,
I applied for a loan and topped up within two days from Halifax.
It is now showing as two loans, first one balance is nil and second one actual balance after top up.
My question is, would it show on credit file, as two loans one settled and one standing? Or just one loan?
Thank you

From what you say, two loans.
But check on your files as to how they report it.0 -

Thank you, it's better to call them up and find out. I'll keep you posted here.0 -
I would still check your files.
The call centre won't know.0 -

You're right, I was just on the phone (accounts not loans, they open 8am) they didn't know.
Will it affect my credit file in any way apart from taking out a new loan?0 -
Not particularly, no.0

I spoke to loans and what they said was, it would only show as one loan, but it's good to keep an eye.
Thank you0
